Can I use iTVGoggles with my prescription glasses?

Yes!

Though this widely depends on your specific condition,  most users  can simply use iTVGoggles while wearing their prescription frames. Some users even report not needing glasses at all while using iTVGoggles.

In cases where neither of the above is the situation,   we are in development stages of  an adjustable  diopter  accessory for use  with iTVGoggles.
